Press release: DOGTV

DOGTV, a 24/7 channel with programs scientifically developed to provide the right company for dogs when left alone, has announced Beke Lubeach has been appointed CEO, effective as of July 2022. Former CEO and DOGTV co-founder Gilad Neumann will maintain a position as a board advisor.

With more than a decade of experience in the pet industry, Lubeach is continuously seeking out new opportunities that reflect the future of television. As an award-winning sales and marketing strategist with executive-level experience in the sports, media and pet industries, she has a passion for connecting people and brands.

“Beke has been with the DOGTV family since 2017, and we are delighted to have her step into this new role as CEO. Her determination for understanding what the future holds for both the direct-to-consumer subscription model and TV as a whole has already made her a valuable leader within the company,” said Neumann. “Her comprehensive and extensive experience with customer segmentation analysis, brand activation, and the successful use of incentive planning to increase sales objectives is a strong asset for our team.”

In her previous role as a chief marketing officer and general manager of DOGTV, Lubeach provided leadership and strategy to pivot DOGTV’s business model from cable/satellite to a direct-to-consumer (DTC) subscription model, enabling DOGTV to develop new revenue models that yielded 125% growth year-over-year for three consecutive years. Lubeach also created a new DOGTV onboarding process to enable personalization of content, product, and education based on breed, age, health, and behavioral issues and launched new cable/satellite platforms and DTC in various global markets.

“It is an honor to serve in this new role for DOGTV, and I am excited to continue growing and personalizing our subscriber offerings,” said Lubeach. “Every pet parent knows their pet’s specific needs, and it will be my pleasure as CEO of DOGTV to continue to provide the highest quality, research-backed programs so all dogs can relax and feel at home wherever they are.”

Prior to her work with DOGTV, Lubeach started Dog Bone Marketing Solutions, a marketing and sales strategy consulting firm focused on working with innovative, small to mid-sized pet-focused businesses, with DOGTV being her first client. She splits her time between San Diego and Phoenix, where she is a dog mom to Walter, a 3-year-old pit bull-boxer mix, and Payton, a 4-year-old basenji-Jack Russel terrier mix.

DOGTV exists to improve the lives of both dogs and their parents with highly accessible, fun programs scientifically developed for canine enrichment. The more than 100 programs are available via 24/7 cable and streaming channels, and the result is a confident, happy dog less likely to develop stress, separation anxiety, and/or other related problems. DOGTV offers personalized content that meets the needs of individual pets, while also providing pet parents with expert-led tips.

In addition, DOGTV is continuing to expand its Veterinary Program, which gives free content to veterinary hospitals around the country to help pets in recovery areas, as well as educate pet parents in waiting rooms.
